Model 231/2001
In line with the commitments declared and undertaken with the Code of Ethics towards stakeholders, in 2020 S.C.A. Servizi Chimici Ambientali s.r.l. adopted the organisation and management model provided for by Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001, which introduced a system of administrative - but in fact criminal - liability for companies for certain types of offences.
The model adopted is constantly updated and supplemented in relation to legislative interventions over time, which have expanded the category of offences covered by administrative liability under Decree 231/01.

It has entrusted a collegial Supervisory Board with the task of monitoring compliance with the provisions of the Organisational Model, verifying their actual effectiveness and assessing the need for any updates. The Supervisory Board will remain in office for three years, until July 2023.
Any violation or suspected violation of the Model 231/01 and/or any other information concerning the implementation of the Model may be reported to the Supervisory Body of S.C.A. Servizi Chimici Ambientali s.r.l.
