Self-control according to the HACCP model "Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points" represents the set of all the measures that the food industry manager must take to ensure the hygienic safety and integrity of food products.
SCA Analitical Services has qualified technicians who carry out hygiene inspections and draw up the HACCP plan according to the different food processes. The laboratory is able to perform microbiological and chemical analyses, both of foodstuffs and surface swabs, necessary to assess compliance with current regulations.
